Context and task

Easy Work is an agency that matches jobs to people: 500+ vacancies every month, no CV required and a free consultation. They needed a website for ads that immediately removes a job seeker’s main fears — “I don’t have a CV”, “it’s paid”, “nothing will fit” — and leads to a single action: leaving a request.

How we built the site

The hero has a large headline “Find your dream job!”, three benefits with icons and a yellow “I want a job” button. On the right, floating notification cards (“Congratulations, we found you a job”, “Off to work!”, 500+ vacancies) show the result before the person even applies. Next come 6 job fields: finance, restaurants, art, education, technology and construction. The style is a warm cream background, a yellow accent and contrasting black blocks.

Campaign architecture

  • Hero: the “500+ vacancies monthly” offer, three benefits (job matching, no CV, a free consultant) and an “I want a job” button.
  • “Available vacancies by field”: 6 cards with icons and a short description of each field.
  • A contrasting black “Leave a request” block with an e-mail field and a yellow button.
  • “Videos from workplaces”: a gallery of 5 videos so people can see exactly where they would work.
  • “Our clients’ reviews”: three cards with a photo, a quote and a name.
  • A job newsletter signup and a footer with About, Resources and Legals sections.

What leads to a request

The page is built to answer every doubt before the person clicks: the offer and benefits on the hero, specific fields right below, real workplaces in the videos and other people’s experience in the reviews. Yellow is used only for buttons and accents, so the actions stand out immediately.

Development and launch

Once the design was approved, we built the site with a mobile-responsive layout: blocks rearrange into one column, and the “I want a job” button and request form are always within reach. We connected the request and newsletter forms, set up analytics to track requests and prepared the site for ad launch.

Summary

The client got a finished website that speaks the job seeker’s language: it removes fears, shows specific vacancies and real workplaces, and leads to a request in one click. The site is mobile-responsive and ready for traffic.
