Context and task

Zoozy Pet Food makes air-dried raw dog food. For most owners this is a new category, so the site had to do more than sell: explain why it beats dry food, what it is made of and how much it costs to feed a particular dog — and lead to a first purchase or a sample order.

How we built it

Samples are the main entry point for new customers: the “Get Samples” button sits in the header, on the hero and in the final block. The catalogue is split into three clear sections — full menus, samples and treats — with photos of the real packs and a link into each category.

Page structure

  • A hero with a photo, the brand mascot and a samples button.
  • Catalogue: menus, samples and treats as separate blocks.
  • A “why raw and air-dried” table comparing it with dry food on 6 points.
  • 6 benefits: natural ingredients, no additives, gluten and grain free, minimal processing, coat, digestion.
  • What goes into 1 kg of food and the daily feeding cost for three dogs of different weights.
  • A final call to action and a footer with support, terms, privacy and the customer portal.

Design

Bright yellow, handwritten headings and a drawn dog mascot set the brand apart from clinical-looking pet food sites and match the packaging. Illustrated dogs in the price block help owners find one like theirs right away.

How the site handles objections

The buyer’s main doubts are answered with numbers: 1 kg of food takes 1.4 kg of meat, 1.4 kg of offal, 400 g of fruit and 400 g of vegetables, and feeding costs from €1.06 a day for a 3 kg dog to €3.08 for a 10 kg dog.

Summary

The brand got an online store that explains a new food category in plain language, shows price and ingredients before purchase and brings new customers in through samples.
