Context and task

Meridian is a self-reflection product: people take a short quiz on energy, emotions and attention, get a summary and then move to Telegram or request a consultation. It needed a warm site with no clinical feel, a funnel with several entry points and a system where the team sees every lead and its traffic source.

How we built it

The design uses a cream and purple palette with 3D characters — a sun, a heart and a cloud for body, emotions and mind. The page has an interactive assistant demo: visitors pick a topic, see what the conversation looks like and then move to a quiz.

The funnel

6 on-site quizzes: a recommended “Wellbeing · 10 questions” plus themed routes; the summary unlocks after name and email.
A Telegram bot quiz with a webhook and job queue — for people who prefer messengers.
A Telegram channel with personal invite links and join tracking.
Post-quiz email chains and a consultation request form.

Tracking and ads

Meta Pixel with server-side events (CAPI) and GA4 with Measurement Protocol respect the cookie banner choice. UTM tags and fbclid are passed through every link, and custom tracking follows the path from visit to lead.

CRM and under the hood

The back end runs on PHP 8 with no framework, with background jobs via cron and workers. The admin is a single-page app: leads and quiz answers, a dashboard, quiz comparison, a UTM report with a link builder, Meta Ads reports, Telegram channel and bot analytics, GA4, an integrations catalogue and 6 team roles with separate permissions. The database takes hourly backup snapshots.

Summary

The project got a bilingual site and a funnel with several entry points — on-site quizzes, a Telegram bot and channel, email and consultations — plus its own CRM showing every lead, their answers and ad source.
