Why we built it ourselves

We build funnels and tracking for clients every day, so we wanted our own site done the same way: fast, multilingual for search and AI, with honest case studies and no dependence on site builders or contractors. Everything you see on pika-leads.com, and the panel our team works in, is our own work — from design to server.

What’s on the site

The site is built with React and Vite: every page is pre-rendered in three languages, so it loads fast and indexes well. There are 11 service pages with short answers and FAQs, a catalogue of 70+ case studies filterable by traffic source and niche, a blog with hands-on articles, and team and contact pages. Visitors leave a request through a form, a call-back widget or chat — and within seconds it reaches Telegram and the CRM.

How it works

  • Website: 3 languages with hreflang, service, case, blog and team pages, responsive from phones to large screens.
  • SEO and AI search: Organization, Service, Article, FAQ and Breadcrumb markup, a sitemap, llms.txt and short answers with numbers from our cases.
  • Tracking: GA4 and Meta Pixel with server-side events (Conversions API), respecting cookie consent.
  • Leads: form, call-back and on-site chat → Telegram with status buttons → CRM.
  • Publishing: cases, articles and reviews are edited in the panel and appear on the site within 2–3 minutes.

The agency panel

For the team we built a separate panel: a real-time dashboard of visits and leads, a CRM with a funnel and loss reasons, a calendar and chat, analytics from GA4 and ad accounts, UTM links, a knowledge base and team roles. Cases, articles and site SEO are edited here too.

Tasks and SEO

Tasks live in the same place: kanban, a Gantt chart, calendar, projects, mind maps, files and a timer, with notifications in the panel and a Telegram bot. The SEO module audits the site, shows Google Search Console queries, and an AI agent suggests tasks and drafts articles.

Summary

The website, CRM, tasks, analytics and SEO were built by one team and work as one system. We take the same approach with client projects: website, tracking, leads and ads in one pair of hands.
