Context and task

Sezam Sushi & Fish House is a sushi restaurant in Kraków with delivery. They needed their own online store where people pick rolls, add them to the cart and pay online in a couple of minutes — no calls and no aggregator fees. The site had to look premium and work just as well on a phone.

How we built the site

We chose a premium style: a black background, gold accents, an elegant headline font and large roll photos that “break out” of their blocks. The hero carries the main promise, “Always fresh and tasty sushi in Kraków”, and a “Hurry to order together” offer with a cart button. Next come four reasons to choose Sezam: great taste, fresh products, high quality and a wide choice.

Campaign architecture

  • Home: offer, benefits, “Pick of the day” and “Deal of the week” with an “Add to cart” button, 8 menu categories, reviews, a map and a footer with all payment methods.
  • Menu: all products with a category filter (sushi, rolls, soups, extras) and a cart button on every card.
  • Product page: gallery, weight, ingredients, price, quantity picker, “Add to cart” and “Quick order” buttons, delivery benefits and a “You may also like” block.
  • Contacts: an “Got a question? Ask us!” form, phone, address and e-mail.
  • A “Thank you for your order” page saying the restaurant is already cooking, plus a selection of dishes for the next order.
  • A mobile version of all 5 pages: burger menu, cart in the header, single-column product cards.

What grows orders

There is a cart button on every card — from the hero to the thank-you page — so a dish can be added anywhere. “Pick of the day” and “Deal of the week” push people to order right now, while the “You may also like” block on product pages and after payment grows the average order. Categories with large photos help put together an order for a group fast.

Mobile version and launch

Most food orders are placed from a phone, so each of the 5 pages was also built in a mobile version: burger menu, cart always in the header, large “Add to cart” buttons. We connected the cart, quick order and online payment, set up order analytics and prepared the site for ad launch.

Summary

The restaurant got its own premium-style online store: from choosing a roll to paying takes a few clicks on any device, and every page leads to the next order.
