Context and task

YesWork works on both sides of the job market: it hires staff for businesses and helps people find work in Europe. Ads for employers and for candidates reach different audiences, so the agency needed separate landing pages, each with its own offer, arguments and lead form. We made the candidate landing page in two design versions.

How we built them

All sites are built in Tilda entirely from Zero Blocks, so the design isn’t limited by templates. The business landing is a calm peach-and-lavender with yellow accents. The candidate landing comes in two versions: bright orange and blue, and soft green and peach with an arch around the photo, with numbers right on the first screen: 500+ jobs a month and an average pay of $3,550. Each shows 6 fields: for businesses, how many people have been placed; for candidates, how many jobs are open.

Page structure

  • For businesses: a “We’ll help you find your dream employee” hero with “Find an employee” and “About us” buttons.
  • For businesses: 6 hiring areas, 4 agency advantages, 3 steps, an FAQ and a “search yourself” vs “search with us” comparison.
  • For candidates: a “We’ll find your dream job” hero with a form right on screen — version 1 with 4 trust numbers, version 2 with “500+ jobs” and “Dream job in 15 minutes” badges.
  • For candidates: 6 fields with the number of jobs across Europe and an “I want to work” button on each card.
  • For candidates: agency advantages, a “Leave a request and get a list of jobs” block, 3 steps in version 2, and an FAQ.
  • All sites end with a lead form that includes a niche or industry field.

How the sites persuade

The business site sells peace of mind: instead of stress, long interviews and the risk of hiring the wrong person, the agency offers ready-made profiles, its own interviews, reference checks and a hiring guarantee. The candidate site sells opportunity: plenty of jobs, fair pay, an official contract and support if something goes wrong at work.

Leads and objections

On the business site, the form is preceded by a “search yourself” vs “search with us” comparison: 7 pains against 7 benefits, including a 14-day guarantee. On the candidate site, the form sits next to three arguments: no CV needed, a free consultant and a job matched to the person. All forms ask for a niche or industry, so the manager calls already prepared, and the FAQ answers questions before the lead is sent.

Summary

YesWork got three custom-designed Tilda landing pages: one for employers and two versions for candidates. Each speaks its audience’s language, handles its objections and collects leads with a niche, so ads for both sides of the market can run in parallel.
